40. BIG ONE - If you live in California and plan to transfer the title of someone's car to yourself
Make sure you make it the smallest market value price on the Title Document before releasing it to DMV. Just to give an example. If you buy a used car for 19,000 and you transfer the the title to your name. You will owe $1800+.
