Catching up on life (long)...
I don't go home very often, but when I do go home I do feel a sense of calmness and feel like I can catch up on stuff. Much like this site...

The vacation @ Monterey/Carmel 4 days.
- Odessi and I came back from vacation last Monday. Boy did I need it. Hey! Not in that way but damn we had a shitload of fun. The first place we stayed at was like a cottage! This was one of the first places we stayed. It was called the Marina Dunes. EVERY FREAKIN ROOM GETS A GOLF CART! Check it out. http://www.marinadunes.com/resort.asp. I'll put up pictures (and even a video) later...but man...we had a shitload of fun on the golf cart. Odd and I even did stunts on it. Odd and I drove around the parking lots trying to see who can make the longest skid marks. I slammed the brakes so hard the cart was tipping. Juvenile? Yes. Fun? Hell yes! That shit was a blast. The golf cart even had a horn and a windshield wiper. I almost got in trouble because I almost went head-on towards another golf cart driven by a bellboy carting a shitload of luggages. The bellboy swerved to avoid the collision and some of his shit fell off. I then floored the hell out of my cart back to my room. I hid from the bellboy.
- Odd and I played golf @ Carmel Valley Ranch. Make sure you play there. It is a beautiful golf course. It ain't Pebble Beach but damn...it is nice. It was the first time Odd ever played golf and this was my third. One minor complaint. You do not get what you pay for when it comes to food. Everything about the place is beautiful. Just make sure you don't order their BBQ Sandwich. Great place. http://www.monterey.com/mcP/cvr.html
- Tickle Pink Inn. We are planning to go back here someday. It's that cool. People here are nice, the food is good and complementary. It's not a porno shop or some shit like that but it is very chill. We stayed our final two days here. The view of the Carmel Highlands is beautiful. I'll put some pictures and videos up, I promise but for now...settle for this site. Make sure, if you stay in Carmel. Stay at Tickle Pink and get the Ocean View Suite! http://www.ticklepinkinn.com/rooms.htm
- Odd and I did all the other stuff like the 17 mile drive and the crazy restaurants like...
- Chart House (good...make sure you get the macadamia topped fish. Expensive though)
- Roy's (everything is good..best dessert. Expensive though.)
- Carmel Valley Ranch (ok and expensive)
- Il Fornaio (too hyped italian restaurant. ok prices)
- Gallery Restaurant @ Pebble Beach (nice place, ok food)
- Forge in the forest (mediocre sandwich restaurant)
- On the way home we checked out the mystery spot on Santa Cruz and got a quick ass tour. I expected more but I guess you get what you pay for.
Book
- I sent in my approval form today in finalizing my book. I will take a picture of my book in its full form by next week. I will hold it in my hand for the first time. I've been on this thing for awhile already and now I ended up drowning in my own hype. One person even told me I was lying. That's cool with me. That drives me anyway. This book will come out...here is proof. So yeah. Check those ISBN numbers to see where that's registered under and go back to smoking weed.

I have the PDF but I don't want to release that. That would be writer's suicide.
Work and Fantasy Whatever
- I basically saw my new office for the first time. The building is really cool looking but it definitely feels alot more corporate. There's some personality in it but more or less I feel the same in the new area. Better kitchen and cafeteria though maybe by an extra 2000 sqft. Work is work but I try my best to enjoy it.
- At work I have two leagues. One I'm managing for fun and the other some hardcore commish. He even reserved a meeting room for it. I also met the guy who won two years in row but after checking out my draft I found out why he's been taking the cake. There were people who had like 7 WRs or 5 TEs. One guy drafted 3 DEFs in 3 consecutive rounds. Check out my lineup:
J Lewis P Manning T Gonzales D Hall R Wayne B Engram T Streets A Lelie J Harrington M Vanderjagt New England Philadelphia Indianopolis
This pot is $500 and someone will even get a trophy. That's just too damn funny. I usually like playing this just to get some football in my system. Nothing more. Bragging rights on Fantasy anything is gay unless you play for money or have never played any sport in their lives.
- I'm also heading into the playoffs in Fantasy Baseball. Yeah fuckin geeky. If I lose whatever I guess. It would be cool to win though since I never won a baseball one.
House
- So what else? I'm looking around for a house. More on that shit later.
Projects
- I'm starting a project with a friend of mine who was so serious he forked out the big money on it so now it's my turn to show the milestones. Chatte and I were talking forever on the comparisons between different types of successful people. A great conversation that lasted until 1am.
Rich's friends
- I called up my brother to see where he's at and see if he's heading back to vtown. He says yes but he had no key to the house. I chilled with him and his friends at Applebees in vtown. Joked a bit, and headed back to our homes.
Video games
- Xbox Ninja Gaiden is hard as fuck. There's a part in the game where you meet a scantily clad ninja with big ass tits that tells you to find a fuckin holy grail. I kid you not. All while she's talking to you another girl also with big ass tits comes out from the sky and tells you the bitch is lying. Your character then talks to both of them like they were eating popsicles and ice cream cones together and your character tells them "Hey listen girls...you can both touch my sword"..or something like that. At the same time you're like "Who the fuck are these people?". In minutes you find yourself running across walls avoiding chasms and spikes in a cavern/cemetary avoiding a rolling head (ala Indiana Jones) and fighting a big ass skeleton dinosaur attached to a spiral stairway (because things are more evil when they are in skeleton form). This is, of course, after fighting a bunch of zombies which happens to have the best training in knowing how to use crossbows skillfully on you (because if two ninjas with big tits come from the sky, zombies with bows make more sense). Anyway, I killed everyone and survive with a milimeter of life left but I died from something retarded...like a single bite from a bat in a cave before I hit the save point. Whatever happened to simple stories like Double Dragon.
- A friend of mine, Allan, let me borrow a game. Knights of the old republic. Great game. Good thing I'm not a game crazy addict.
Basically, With all the crap happening right now...I'll be in hermit mode except for this site.
See you all later kiddies.
